Episode 7: Equip

For the latest episode of "Hot Takes", we are joined by the cursed knight himself, Equip! Kevin agreed to grace us with his presence and bring to the show his unique take on matters, his personal opinions on music and art, and of course one or two spicy hot takes. Equip has been in the game for a long time, but he is best known for his vaporwave-influenced spin on 16- and 32-bit video game music in full-lengths like "I Dreamed of a Palace in the Sky" and "Cursebreaker X". In this episode, we cover everything from Equip's favorite video game soundtracks, the wondrous story behind the creation of the Nameless Dreamers collaboration with R23X, and of course a disagreement between Equip and Skelly over Neutral Milk Hotel.
