Head honcho of one of vaporwave's most reputable labels, Alyx was an easy top choice for our next guest, and he kept us entertained with stories about his musical background, his wild employment history, and his thoughts on paying talent, including visual artists. Having mixed at countless parties and produced his own music as Trucks Passing Trucks, Alyx not only runs a successful vapor-adjacent DIY label but also throws the wildly successful Virtual Memory vapor dance parties in Orange County, California, starring himself and resident DJ's Earthboy Advance and Groovy Kaiju. He's a multifaceted pillar of the scene, so you know we had to have him on to hear him rant!
